At CurlGear, all of our products are custom made to order. Once your order is placed and payment is received, it enters production.

Production Time
Made-to-order items typically ship within 6 to 10 business days. Please note that this timeline may vary slightly during peak curling season or promotional periods.

Shipping Time
Once production is complete, your order is shipped via a tracked carrier. Delivery generally takes 2 to 5 business dayswithin Canada, depending on your location.

Rush Shipping
At this time, rush shipping is not available. We recommend placing orders well in advance if you need items by a specific date.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking details within 10 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.
